Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel has a charming character. A courtyard garden full of greenery and quirky collected bits and pieces. Likewise, the breakfast room and communal areas. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious. Well stocked with bread, pastries, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurts, cheeses and meats and probably other items I can't recall. All beautifully presented and great coffee. The hotel was quiet apart from the aircraft noise, but we didn't find this to be a problem. They don't seem to fly all night and it's close to the airport so expected.

Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Fabulous breakfast buffet, tram available close by to get into main part of city, parking spot available for 20 euros/night. Wonderful hosts!

The hotel has a lot of charm. Starting with the shaded garden in front where you can wait if you arrive before check in. The room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusually hot weather in Nice. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.

Our hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, they made our stay super nice. The villa is a bit further from the center, close to the sea, but evenings can be well spent staying in the garden as well, as they serve dinner and drinks.

Very friendly and helpful owners at the hotel. Small but comfortable room. We appreciated the bottles of water and sweets in our room every day. The courtyard was very pretty with all the plants and flowers and a lovely place to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet choice was good and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is home like and I love the Garden. It’s cosy and clean and accessible to Trams and other transportations. And it’s clean!

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was my first time in Nice to attend a concert nearby and I enjoyed so much, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back!
